This Privacy Policy explains what information LinkFlick ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. Roman Abramenko ("Developer," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

LinkFlick is designed with privacy in mind. The App operates entirely on your local network and does not require an account or internet connection for its core functionality.

License validation data. When you activate a license, the App sends your license key and a device identifier to our licensing provider (Lemon Squeezy) to verify your purchase. No other personal information is transmitted during this process.

Crash reports. If the App crashes, macOS may offer to send a crash report to Apple. We do not receive these reports directly. You can control this in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

No usage tracking. LinkFlick does not include analytics, telemetry, or any third-party tracking SDKs. We have no visibility into how you use the App.

2. Local Network Data

LinkFlick uses your local network to discover nearby Macs and transfer Bluetooth device connections between them. This communication happens entirely on your local network. No link content, browsing history, or device information is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

3. Purchase Information

When you purchase LinkFlick, your payment and personal details (name, email, billing information) are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We receive only your email address and order details necessary to deliver your license key and provide support. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

4. Support Communications

If you contact us at support@linkflick.com, we receive the information you include in your message (e.g., your email address and any details you provide). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties.

5. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we receive is used only to:

• Validate and manage your software license.
• Respond to support requests.
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, license delivery).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

License and purchase records are retained as long as necessary to support your license and comply with legal obligations. Support emails are retained until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period thereafter.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@linkflick.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

LinkFlick is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Third-Party Services

LinkFlick relies on the following third-party services:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license management.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they collect.

10. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
