Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using LinkFlick ("the App," "the Software"). By downloading, installing, or using LinkFlick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your purchase of a valid license and compliance with these Terms, Roman Abramenko ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LinkFlick on macOS devices that you own or control.

  • Personal license: For use on up to 3 Macs for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Pro license: For use on up to 5 Macs for personal or professional use.

You may not sublicense, sell, rent, loan, transfer, or otherwise distribute the App or your license to any third party.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Purchases & Payment

LinkFlick is sold as a one-time perpetual license. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. You agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy in connection with your purchase.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.

4. Updates & Support

Your license includes access to all minor and patch updates released within the same major version (e.g., 1.x). Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted upgrade price. Updates are delivered via the App's built-in auto-updater and are subject to availability.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis by email at support@linkflick.com. Response times are not guaranteed.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

LinkFlick and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to the software, graphics, logos, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Developer's trademarks or service marks.

7. Privacy

Your use of LinkFlick is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. LinkFlick does not collect personal data beyond what is required to validate your license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
